J. Scheidegger Center for the Arts

Situation

The J. Scheidegger Center for the Arts  is a unique community center for the arts and is in its seventh season since the $32 million performing arts center opened on the campus of Lindenwood University in St. Charles, MO. New direction had been set for a blockbuster year to include Jay Leno, Willie Nelson and other headline performers.

Goal

Create new enthusiasm for the shift toward high-profile performers. Set a course to bring the J. Scheidegger Center to the forefront as a premiere entertainment venue in the St. Charles region.

Strategy

Develop a brand marketing strategy for promoting the 11 touring performances and one academic performance presented by the University Department of Theatre. Create exciting graphic and thematic environments to cross all media and build brand awareness through publications, website and onsite promotions.

Impact

A sold-out performance for the opening act set the stage for a record-breaking season.
