Lutheran Senior Services is the largest senior care services organization in St. Louis and the 9th largest in the United States. The organization wanted to strengthen its brand position through a new logomark, photo gallery, and a targeted strategic plan for communications. The brand program included the development of a more robust internet presence and marketing approach. Local senior residences and home care services were not easily identified as part of the Lutheran Senior Services brand.
